This well-situated caravan is located on a friendly, long-term community site offering excellent facilities and a relaxed lifestyle all year round. Residents benefit from all-year-round gym membership, an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, and a small shop located within the swimming pool complex. There is also a children’s playground with equipment, making it ideal for families.



There are no water rates and no council tax to pay (included in site fees). Wi-Fi is available in the main office and can be easily arranged and set up in the caravan, with good reception and reasonable rates.



The onsite restaurant and coffee bar offer a generous food discount for members. The site hosts regular entertainment throughout the year, including discos and cabaret nights, as well as special events for Halloween, Christmas, and New Year. Weekly coffee mornings with bingo and raffles provide a great opportunity to socialise and meet neighbours.



Any number of pets are welcome in the caravan, and there is no limit on how many years you may keep your caravan on site. Supermarket and Amazon deliveries, including Asda and Tesco, can be delivered directly to your caravan door. A laundrette with large washing machines and dryers is available onsite, which is particularly useful for washing bulky items such as quilts and blankets, even though the caravan itself includes a washer/dryer.



The site is very well connected, with a bus stop directly outside offering routes to Liverpool or to Southport Station, where there is a direct bus onward to Liverpool. A small supermarket is within a 10-minute walk, and a local village with a Post Office and Co-op is around a 25-minute walk away. Nearby villages offer additional shops, restaurants, takeaways, and traditional Christmas carol services. A bird sanctuary close to the site makes this an attractive location for children and nature lovers.



An onsite maintenance team is available all year round for quick assistance. The site operates for 50 weeks of the year, closing on 31st January and reopening on 14th February. The caravan itself is in an excellent position that is not prone to flooding and is set away from the noisier areas of the site, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment.
